Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Tempe, University Research Park

Well, what can I say about this gem. I live here in AZ, but I travel a lot as a long haul driver. But this place has been my home. The attentiveness for the customers and just being genuinely a good host, the workers here are not a 5 star, they're a 10 star of there was one. Dominique who usually runs the front desk has been the most reliable and attentive front desk person I've ever have experienced. K.. who is the bartender who's always been there whenever I've ever needed anything, this hotel has been the best experience I have ever experienced in my entire life and I travel the entire world. This hotel is by far the best. As far as some people talk about the breakfast??? Ignore it!! Their breakfast is too notch as well. These cooks work hard and deserve the credits they need. Appreciate the service here because I promise you won't get it any other hotel services anywhere else. Love Tempe Hilton garden.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this Hilton and were truly impressed. The room was newly decorated and spotless. We arrived very late, around 2 a.m., and Ben at the front desk greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future.

The staff were very polite and professional. The place was very clean and welcoming. I only had a few complaints, I was on the 4 floor and I could hear constant hard walking or stomping from the floor and room above my head at night while I'm going to sleep. I had a King bed and the mattress was sunkin in to the center and my bed was squeaky. And my last surprise was the fee for parking per night which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Otherwise, I had a great stay and will stay again if needed. The room was very spacious with all the necessary amenities.

From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at home, like family, not just a guest. Every detail of my stay was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The service, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were executed in truly world-class order. This is hospitality done right, warm, thoughtful, and consistent from start to finish. Highly recommended. This property reflects exactly what the Hilton brand should stand for.

Very excellent hotel, the room was very spacious compared to other Hilton Garden Inn I’ve stayed at. The front desk staff for the night shift, who helped with check in, was very friendly and helpful. Location was good also. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and view was great. Room was huge and very clean. Didn't love the fact you had to pay for parking. They should advertise that at booking. Great breakfast was a plus

This place is awesome. Spacious. Clean staff will give you anything. You request almost, . But all around a great place between the people, the food and the atmosphere. If I ever come back, I want to stay here.

Pretty nifty. Well located, easy access, Plenty of parking, although I find it a bit disturbing a Hilton garden inn charges for parking This is a very unique situation since it's two hotels, one built on each side of a common swimming pool and sharing a common lobby. I like the attached sports bar restaurant. It's a necessity, especially if you don't have a car because the location does not have any options in walking distance. I guess it's something new and exciting to deal with There's always a new concept and a new price point - and a new unfavorable catch...
